Throughout his career, Paul has focused on creating sustainable, maintainable systems that teams can actually operate and evolve over time. He's particularly passionate about responsible AI integration, ensuring that new technologies deliver measurable business value rather than adding complexity for its own sake.
Paul's approach emphasizes clear communication, thorough documentation, and building systems with long-term ownership in mind. He believes the best technical decisions are the ones that still make sense five years later.
Jason McKinney
Co-Founder & Technical Director
Jason has spent over two decades building resilient, scalable platforms for organizations with complex technical requirements. His expertise spans system architecture, infrastructure design, security implementation, and leading distributed engineering teams.
