Quote everything · Client portal

You know the price before we start.

Every piece of work gets a written, itemized quote you approve in our client portal. The invoice matches the quote. And every task and every dollar is visible in one place, whenever you want to look.

Hourly billing puts all the risk on you.

With most agencies, you find out what the work cost when the invoice arrives. Then comes the email thread about what those hours were for. We don't work that way. You decide what the work is worth to you before it starts, and you can see exactly where it stands the whole time.

How quote-everything works

A feature, a fix, a full build: same five steps, every time.

1

You ask

Send a request from the portal, by email, or with a quick screen recording. It becomes a tracked task immediately.

2

We quote

You get an itemized written quote. Optional items are clearly marked, so you can pick exactly the scope you want.

3

You decide

Approve, decline, or ask for a revision, right in the portal. Items you skip are saved for later and can be re-quoted any time.

4

We build, you sign off

You review the work on staging and approve it for production before it’s marked complete.

5

The invoice matches

You’re billed what you approved. No hourly meter, no month-end surprises.

Every task and every dollar, in one place

The client portal is where you request work, approve quotes, follow progress, and see what you're spending. No chasing status updates, no reconciling invoices against email threads.

Every task, in plain English

Card, table, Kanban, or timeline views. Each task shows where it really is (quoted, in progress, in review, on hold and why) with a full activity history.

Spend you can see

A month-by-month view of completed, scheduled, and recurring work, your outstanding balance, and every invoice. With a monthly budget in place, you see what’s used and what’s left.

Conversations stay with the work

Comments, @-mentions, and attachments live on the task they belong to, not scattered across inboxes. Get notified in the portal, in your browser, or by email, plus a weekly digest.

Your whole team

Invite colleagues with the right access. Managers approve quotes; others can submit requests or just follow along. Billing visibility is per person.

Request work your way

Use the request form, reply to an email, or record your screen to show what you mean. Everything lands in the same tracked queue.

Your AI assistant can use it too

Connect Claude or another assistant to the portal with a scoped, revocable token. It can read tasks, file requests, and comment for you, but it can never approve a quote or spend a dollar. That stays with you.

What you can count on

A written price before any work begins

You pick the scope. Optional items are yours to add or skip

Nothing added to your bill without your approval

The invoice matches what you approved

You sign off on the work before it’s complete

Real-time visibility, not a monthly status report

Questions we hear

What does “value-based” mean here?

We price the work, not the hours. You see a price for the outcome (a feature, a fix, a full build) and decide whether it’s worth it before anything starts.

What if the scope changes midway?

We send a revised quote for the change and you approve it the same way. Nothing new gets added to your bill without your sign-off.

What about ongoing work and small fixes?

Same rule. Every piece of work, however small, gets a quote. Recurring services like hosting and operations appear as their own line in your monthly view.

Who can approve?

People you designate as managers on your account. Team members can request and comment; only managers approve or decline.
